Unsure of what to do with your used filters? You can bring them to us too! Recycling your used oil filters is a great choice, as proper disposal prevents contamination of the Earth's soil and water sources.

Drain your filter (preferably for at least 24 hours), then puncture the dome to help dry out any remaining oil. Collect the oil (remember, we take that too!) in a separate container. Once you do this, you can bring your filter(s) to your local recycling center.

Recycled oil filters are crushed into small pieces, then heated, which will remove any remaining oil. This oil will be recycled, and the remaining metal from the filters becomes scrap metal.

It's a win for the environment, as you RECYCLE the oil and material, REDUCE the amount of waste and usage of natural resources, and REUSE the recycled products!
